The Beijing Forum 2015 was held at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse and Peking University in Beijing, China, from November 6 to 8. This annual forum is authorized by the State Council and the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China and is organized by Peking University, the Board of Education of Beijing, and the Korea Foundation (KF). The forum was attended by dignitaries from research institutions, universities, and other non-profit organizations around the world. Aiming to encourage the study of the humanities and social sciences in the Asia-Pacific region, participants discussed various issues about interdisciplinary topics.

The forum marked its twelfth successful session. Some three hundred academic dignitaries had a lively discussion under the theme of “The Harmony of Civilizations and Prosperity for All?Different Paths with Common Responsibilities”.

The participants were divided into eight groups to have discussions about eight different themes.
