Notes

  • Tuition fee will be debited from payee's bank accounts on 27th of the designated months. If the debit date falls on a non-business day, the amount will be debited on the next business day.
  • Please deposit the designated amount of fee into your bank account one day prior to the debit date.
  • Students who opted to make a lump sum payment at the admission procedure, the full amount of tuition fee will be debited from the bank account on the first debit date. If students wish to change their payment method from a lump sum payment to payment by installments or vice versa, they are requested to contact the Division of Financial Management, Department of Finance and Accounting.
    * When there is insufficient funds in the bank account for the lump sum payment, only the amount for the first half of the academic year will be debited. The amount for the second half of the academic year will be debited in November.
  • Request for receipts of tuition fees paid can be made at the Division Financial Management, Department Finance and Accounting. Bank transfer payments take 6 business days to be credited to the university's account. The receipt will be issued after the university confirms receipt of the payment.
  • The tuition fee is subject to change.
