Undergraduate Application Form
Entrance Examination for International Students by University of Tsukuba
Applicants are requested to send an A4-size self-addressed stamped (390 yen) envelope to the University of Tsukuba and write "Request for Application Forms for Foreign Students" on the front of the envelope addressed to the University of Tsukuba. Your return address should be, if possible, your address in Japan or that of someone in Japan who can receive the application. People who reside outside Japan should consult with the following division in advance.
