**2 Due to preparations for the University Festival, undergraduate afternoon classes (aster the 3rd period) will be suspended on October, 9 (Friday). Furthermore, undergraduate morning classes (1st and 2nd period) will be suspended on October 13 (Tuesday) for the post-festival clean-up.
**3 Due to the English and German proficiency tests, undergraduate classes (up to the 3rd period) will be suspended on February 24, 2009 (Wednesday)
**4 The date of health examinations will be decided at a later date. At each college/program, classes that coincide with the date and time of the health examination for that specific college/program will be suspended (except for the night classes at the Tokyo campus)
**5 The schedule for admission selection of undergraduate students will be decided at a later date. On that day, classes will suspended according to the time required for preparation and clean-up (except for the night classes at the Tokyo campus)
**6 The special measures related to the third trimester final examinations for students expected to graduate/complete their studies will be decided at a later date.
