*2. Due to preparations and clean-up for the University Festival, undergraduate classes will be suspended on October 5 (Friday) and 9 (Tuesday), 2012. (Exclusive of Tokyo Campus)

- September 19,2012 (Wednesday): Monday classes will be held.
- October 4, 2012 (Thursday): Friday classes will be held.
- December 18, 2012 (Tuesday): Monday classes will be held.
- December 26, 2012 (Wednesday): Friday classes will be held.
- January 16, 2013 (Wednesday): Monday classes will be held.
- Feburary 28, 2013 (Tuhrsday): Monday classes will be held (exclusive of Tokyo Campus).
4. The date of health examinations will be decided at a later date. At each college/program, classes that coincide with the date and time of the health examination for that specific college/program will be suspended (except at the Tokyo campus).
5. The schedule for admission selection of undergraduate students will be decided at a later date. On that day, classes will be suspended according to the time required for preparation and clean-up (exclusive of Tokyo Campus).
6. The special measures related to the third trimester final examinations for students expected to graduate/complete their studies will be carried out during January 24 - 30, 2013 (Thursday - Wednesday).
7. Graduation ceremony for medical science will be held on March 8, 2014.
