Open House / Briefing Session by Doctoral Program in Computer Science

On February‚ 2010‚ the Doctoral Program in Computer Science‚ Graduate School of Systems and Information Engineering held a briefing session during its open house.
A briefing session on the University of Tsukuba's two programs‚ "Practical Software Development Program for Training Advanced IT Personnel (Program for promoting the Training of Advanced IT Specialists‚ supported by MEXT) and "Program for Training ICT Solution Architects (Support Program for Improving Graduate school Education supported by MEXT)"‚ was also held to coincide with this open house.
The briefing session included the introduction of the department‚ guidance for entrance examination‚ talks by current students‚ and presentations on ICT Program. Over 100 students and working individuals took part in the question and answer session to discuss about research activities.
* Briefing session for 2011 enrollments
Briefing session for 2011 enrollments will be held on May 8‚ 2010 (Saturday).
In addition to the explanation of each program‚ exhibitions introducing laboratories‚ and guidance for entrance examination will be also given. The details of the briefing session will be posted on the website of the Doctoral Program in Computer Science‚ Graduate School of Systems and Information Engineering.
