On March 26th, we held the certificate awarding ceremony for the Student Ambassadors for the academic year 2023. Out of the 60 students who served as student ambassadors for our university this year, 24 attended the ceremony and were presented with Certificates of Appreciation by Vice President HOMMA Miwako (Student Affairs), Vice President/Executive Director IKEDA Jun (Global Affairs), and Vice President NISHIO Chizuru (Planning, Evaluation, and Public Relations).

Following the certificate presentation, Vice President Ikeda expressed gratitude for the students' contribution and expectations for further engagement. The attending students shared their thoughts and aspirations, expressing appreciation for the valuable experience gained through this initiative and their eagerness to continue their involvement in the future.

The Student Ambassador program was launched this year, with students who completed training in the history of our university and international etiquette engaging in activities such as escorting visitors from overseas and conducting campus tours. Particularly noteworthy was their role during our 151st + 50th Anniversary Ceremony held in September, where they meticulously guided ambassadors and visitors from abroad, conveying our university's history and the charm of student life.

The continued success of the Student Ambassadors is eagerly anticipated.
