Commencement Ceremony for the Fall Graduate and Degree AY 2026

Undergraduate and Graduate School Commencement Ceremonies for AY2026 will be held as below. Please check back for updates as changes may occur.

    Friday,25 September,2026 (1:00 p.m.-1:55 p.m.) (Doors open:12:20 p.m.)
  • 2 Venue
    University Hall (Auditorium), University of Tsukuba
  • 3 Note
    • - Please refrain from attending if you have a fever, cough, or other health problems.
    • - Parking space is strictly limited. We would appreciate it if you could use public transportation.

Access

  • - To reach the University of Tsukuba, please see "Access to Tsukuba Campus".
  • - The nearest bus stop is "Daigakukaikan-mae".

* About 15 minutes from Tsukuba Center Bus Terminal adjacent to TX Tsukuba Station by the "Tsukuba Daigaku Junkan (University of Tsukuba Campus Circular)" bus (clockwise).

Livestream

The ceremonies will be livestreamed on YouTube.
Please note that we will be filming the ceremonies, including the audience, during the livestream.
If the live-streaming is interrupted due to network trouble, etc., please watch the video recording we will post on this page later.

Notice to Current Students

Due to the Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony/Graduate School Commencement Ceremony for AY2026 to be held on September 25, 2026, the area around the University Hall will be very crowded with graduates, so we ask that current students refrain from stopping by the University Hall.
