Minister of Higher Education, Training and Innovation of the Republic of Namibia Visits President Nagata

Dr. Itah Kandjii-Murangi, Minister of Higher Education, Training and Innovation of the Republic of Namibia and Vice Director Nhlanhla Lupahla, and Dr. Erold Naomab, Chancellor of the southern campus of the University of Namibia made a courtesy visit to President Kyosuke Nagata on October 12, 2018. The meeting provided the opportunity to share opinions on what industry-university collaboration should be and on education and research, and innovation future.


After the meeting, the delegation went on a tour of the Empowerment Studio facilities. There they got impressed with the world's largest virtual reality system, and receive Empowerment Informatics briefings. They strongly described recommending Namibian students to learn Empowerment Informatics.
