The field trip of "Vietnam Japan University - Master program in Public Policy (VJU-MPP)" Internship students to Tsukuba City Hall

On October 16th, the off-campus training field trip was held for 11 students of VJU-MPP during their Internship in The University of Tsukuba.


11 students of Master program in Public Policy, Vietnam Japan University (VJU) have been in the University of Tsukuba, Japan during Sep.26, 2018 ? Dec. 21, 2018 for Internship. This is to encourage them to work with Master thesis writing under the guidance of a Japanese supervisor.


The University of Tsukuba cooperates closely with Master program in Public Policy program of the VJU as a Japanese Coordinating University.


On Tuesday October 16th, the training field trip to Tsukuba City Hall was held as one of this Internship off-campus activities.


The students were listening with enthusiasm to the description of the City Council Bureau, International Exchange Office, Urban Planning Division, Planning and Management Division staffs and positively asked many concerning questions.


After this trip, they still have many off-campus training activities such as visiting the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, Ibaraki Prefectural Government and Japan company etc., in order to understand and deepen their knowledge about Japanese public policy.
