Tajikistan Ambassador to Japan makes a courtesy visit to President Kyosuke Nagata and Vice President BENTON Caroline F.

A delegation led by Mr. JALOLOV MIRZOSHARIF, ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Japan made a courtesy visit to President Kyosuke Nagata and Vice President BENTON Caroline F. (Global Affairs) on February 19.


Mr. JALOLOV MIRZOSHARIF studied economics at the University of Tsukuba from 2002 to 2004 and earned a master degree. He assumed his duties as ambassador plenipotentiary on December 2018 and is scheduled to visit various educational institutions in Japan beginning with a visit to his alma mater.


In the visit, they exchanged opinions on issues in science and technology between Tajikistan and Japan. They exchanged information about the researcher support system, the research fields and student exchange of educational institutions in both countries. We are expected to further promote exchanges.
