Notice: Closure of University Offices from August 11 to 14
All offices at the University of Tsukuba, except for the University of Tsukuba Hospital, will close from August 11 to 14 to provide a summer holiday for university staff and to save electricity on campus.
Offices issuing certificates will also close during this period. If you need to acquire a certificate, please inquire at the related office before the closure period. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Closure Period
From Tuesday, August 11, to Friday, August 14, 2020
All offices at the University of Tsukuba will close during this period.
Offices at the University of Tsukuba Hospital will be open as usual.
Offices for the Graduate School of the University of Tsukuba and the office for educational counseling at the University of Tsukuba Education Bureau of Laboratory Schools, which are usually open on Saturdays, will close on Saturday, August 15. The University of Tsukuba Gallery and Art Space have been closed from April to prevent the spread of COVID-19. For the further schedule, Please refer to the following links.
* Please take precautions to prevent heatstroke, as air conditioners will be switched off at the university during this summer holiday period.
