President NAGATA awarded the Medal for the 30th Anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan from the Uzbek government

On December 5, 2021 at the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Japan, President NAGATA was awarded the Medal for the 30th Anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan by H.E. Mr. Mukhsinkhuja ABDURAKHMONOV, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan.


The award was presented to people from all over the world in the name of the President of Uzbekistan, and there were seven recipients in Japan, including President NAGATA.


Upon celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Republic of Uzbekistan's independence from the former Soviet Union, the government of the Republic of Uzbekistan recognized President Nagata and the University of Tsukuba as having made a significant contribution to strengthening relations between Uzbekistan and Japan and promoting the development of human resources in the fields of education and science.


We are expected to promote exchange with Pakistan in the future.
