President ICHIKAWA of the Federation of Associations of Provinces of Japan in Brazil visited President NAGATA

On October 17, Mr. ICHIKAWA Toshio, President and Mr. NAGAYA Mitsuyoshi, Vice President of the Federation of Associations of Provinces of Japan in Brazil (KENREN) visited the University of Tsukuba and met with President NAGATA Kyosuke, Vice President and Executive Director for Global Affairs BENTON Caroline F., Executive Officer OHNEDA Osamu (Director for the Bureau of Global Initiatives), and Deputy Director for Global Affairs KUWAHARA Tatsuya. During the meeting, they discussed the possibility of future collaboration for exchange between Japanese and Brazilian youth through study abroad, and expressed their expectations for further strengthening of cooperation between the University of Tsukuba and the Federation of Associations of Provinces of Japan in Brazil.


In addition, President NAGATA presented a letter of appreciation to President ICHIKAWA for his past cooperation and support.


We look forward to further exchange and collaboration with Brazil in the future.
