Slovenian University Presidents Visit President NAGATA

On April 3, Prof. Dr. Gregor Majdič, Rector of the University of Ljubljana and Prof. Dr. Boštjan Golob of the University of Nova Gorica visited President NAGATA Kyosuke, Vice President/Executive Director IKEDA Jun (Global Affairs), Executive Officer OHNEDA Osamu (Director General, Bureau of Global Initiatives), Director SAKURAI Takeaki (Office of Global Initiatives), Professor USUYAMA Toshinobu, Dean of the Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences/Executive Officer, Associate Professor ITO Hideaki (Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences), Associate Professor SEKIZAKI Hironori (Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences), and Assistant Professor EGUCHI Maki.

During the discussion, there was an active exchange of views on the expansion of cooperation areas of cooperation with the University of Ljubljana, a partner university of ours, and the potential for future collaboration with the University of Nova Gorica.
Further collaboration between the University of Ljubljana, the University of Nova Gorica, and our university is anticipated in the future.
