Tuition Fees for Exchange Research Students Accepted under the LOTUS Programme

University of Tsukuba has revised its tuition fee policy for Exchange Research Students accepted under the India-Japan Circulation of Talented Youths in Science Programme (LOTUS Programme). As a result, tuition fees will be fully waived for Exchange Research Students admitted under the AY2026 cohort of the LOTUS Programme.
This measure is based on the policy of the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) and will take effect on October 1, 2026.

Eligible Students

Exchange Research Students accepted by University of Tsukuba under the AY2026 LOTUS Programme.

October 1, 2026
