Please make sure that the amount due is in your bank account one business day before the debit date, and not on the debit date itself.
If you apply to pay tuition fee in a lump sum during the admission procedure, the full amount of tuition fee will be debited from the bank account in August.
When there is insufficient balance in the bank account for the lump sum payment, only the amount for the first semester of the academic year will be debited.
The amount for the second half of the academic year will be debited in December.
If you want to cancel paying in a lump sum, please contact the Department of Finance and Accounting.
If tuition fees are revised, new fees shall be applied.
If you require a certificate of receipt of admission and tuition fee, print out an application form from this page.
Fill in the necessary items and submit the application form to the Department of Finance and Accounting.
Please note that it may take several days for the certificate of receipt to be issued.
If you pay by direct debit, the money will be deposited into the university's account about 10 days after the debit date.
Therefore, the date indicated on the certificate of receipt will not be the debit date but the date of receiving the money in the university's account.
Please also understand that the certificate of receipt will be issued after the deposit date.
