The application guide of the scholarship foundation can be accessed through the below article. Since these scholarships do not require a recommendation from the president of the university, foreign students can apply directly by themselves to the scholarship foundations. Please note that the period of applications and qualifications etc. are subject to change.

Applicants must complete online submission then post mail the original documents to the Foundation.

【New applicants】
- Online submissions: March 5 (Thu.) 9 a.m. to April 20 (Mon.), 2026 5 p.m.
- Submissions by postal mail: April 1 (Wed.) to April 23 (Thu.), 2026 3 p.m. *must arrive by the deadline.
【Renewal applicants】
- Online submissions: March 5 (Thu.) 9 a.m. to April 13 (Mon.), 2026 5 p.m.
- Submissions by postal mail: April 1 (Wed.) to April 16 (Thu.), 2026 3 p.m. *must arrive by the deadline.
