Undergraduate and Graduate School Entrance Ceremonies for AY2026 will be held as below. Please check back for updates as changes may occur.

1 Date: Monday, April 6, 2026

Undergraduate Entrance Ceremony (Program)

1st Session (9:30～9:55)
* Doors to the venue will open 40 minutes before the start of each ceremony.

- School of Humanities and Culture
- School of Social and International Studies
- School of Life and Environmental Sciences
- School of Science and Engineering
- School of Informatics
- Acupuncture and Physical Therapy Teacher Training School

2nd Session (11:30～11:55)
* Doors to the venue will open 40 minutes before the start of each ceremony.

- School of Human Sciences
- School of Medicine and Health Sciences
- School of Physical Education, Health and Sport Sciences
- School of Art and Design
- School of Comprehensive Studies

Graduate School Entrance Ceremony (Program)

13:30～13:55
* Doors to the venue will open 40 minutes before the start of each ceremony.

2 Venue: University Hall (Auditorium, etc.), University of Tsukuba

* If the main venue (Auditorium) is full or participants arrive after the ceremonies start, they will be guided to other venues (Hall, etc.) where they can watch the ceremonies via live broadcast.

3 Note:

• - Due to the limited capacity of the venue, family members are restricted to 2 attendees per graduate.
  They will be able to watch the ceremonies via live broadcast in other rooms in the University Hall but will not be allowed to enter the main venue (Auditorium). Please note that they may be guided to standing area or may not be able to enter the University Hall, if the venue reaches full capacity.
• - Please note that we will send the instructions for the ceremonies to the e-mail address you registered during the admission procedures in late March.
• - Parking space is strictly limited. We would appreciate it if you could use public transportation.
