[Request] Urgent message from Ibaraki Prefecture

Today, an urgent message was issued from Ibaraki Prefecture.
Ibaraki Prefecture has positioned the eight municipalities of Tsuchiura City, Tsukuba City, Tsukubamirai City, Ushiku City, Toride City, Sakai Town, Ami Town, and Kasumigaura City as "infection spread cities, towns, and villages," and is urging to exercise a voluntary ban from leaving home unless absolutely necessary from November 28, 2020 to December 13, 2020 (16 days).

We would like to ask students, faculty members, and employees to continue their actions according to "Change in the Mode of Operations of Our University (From October 1, 2020 onward)" and "Handling Guidelines for the Prevention of the Spread of COVID-19 (October 16, 2020)."
